Happy to be currently part of the exhibition 「Ecouter la nature…」, with the Villa Kujoyama and the French Institute of Japan, as part of Nuit Blanche 2019, in the beautiful gallery The Terminal, Kyoto, Japan. The exhibition runs until the 14th of October.
Thrilled to have been invited by the Japan Jewellery Designers Association to hold a lecture on the 20th of September, at Hillside Banquet, Tokyo, Japan. I will also show some pieces and present my artist in residency project. Join us!
For the next 6 months, I will be staying at the Villa Kujoyama, an artist in residency runs by the French Institute in Kyoto. I will do some extensive research on traditional crafts and on hair ornaments (kushis, kanzashis).
The exhibition is currently shown in Itami, Japan until the 6th of May. Featuring the work of Jihee Hong, Xiaodai Huang, Junwon Jung, Kaori Juzu, Heejoo Kim, Jun Konishi, Li Liang, Michihiro Sato, Annie Sibert, Céline Sylvestre, Mian Wu and Marion Delarue, it has been curated by Céline Sylvestre, Annie Sibert and Marion Delarue.
“Talente” takes place every year as a special exhibition during the Munich International Skilled Trades Fair in March. Projects by around 90 participants from ca. 25 countries are exhibited in specially designed exhibition spaces over around 600 m2.
IDIOMATIC, A Jewellery Conversation Between France and Germany is an enthusiastic conversation between pieces of jewellery created by the newest generation of both French and German artists. Curated by Céline Sylvestre, Annie Sibert and Marion Delarue, the show is on display until the 17th of March, as part of the Munich Jewellery Week 2019.
The exhibition, part of the Munich Jewellery Week 2019, features the work of Lore Langendries, Märta Mattsson, Jelizaveta Suska and Marion Delarue, and plays with the topic of natural curiosities.
Thrilled to be the Young Talent acquisition 2018 of the Françoise van den Bosch Foundation
Honoured to have been selected by the Françoise van den Bosch Foundation for the Young Talent acquisition. The Foundation, conceived in 1980, supports emerging jewellers through this distinction since 1997 . Right after the Munich Jewellery Week, The Parrot Devotee 4 will join the Foundation’s collection at the Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam.
In connection with my current solo exhibition at the Galerie Pont & Plas, my work has been featured in Wallpaper magazine, with an article written by Ruby Reding.
